Colonel Robert Howard

NBC did a nice story on Christmas about Colonel Robert Howard, the only man to be nominated for the Medal of Honor three times. Col. Howard was wounded fourteen times including when he called a 2000 lb bomb in on his own position after he ran out of ammunition fighting off the enemy. He also captured 44 enemy soldiers including the one he carried out on his back for nine days as the enemy soldier had intelligence value. Col Howard was a true warrior and a tough man. May he Rest In Peace.
