I don't understand...

Reid makes three attempts to destroy any thought of a Republican filibuster: 1) It's not the right time because the GOP lacks any power to filibuster. 2) Obama has "reached out to the Republicans saying, 'Let's work together.'" 3) [When all else fails] Treat Democrats the way Republicans want to be treated, not the way Democrats treat you.
